Kurrun Day
A structured introductory or continuing experience supporting practical recovery routines, movement, regulation and connection.
FORCES | WORKFORCE WELLBEING
FORCES Workforce Wellbeing partners with funded organisations to deliver structured, non-clinical programs supporting nervous-system regulation, recovery routines, connection and sustainable workforce participation.
Designed as a practical layer before, alongside and following professional support — without replacing clinical care.
The role of Workforce Wellbeing
People working in demanding environments may need more than a single intervention or appointment. FORCES Workforce Wellbeing provides structured environments and continuing routines that help participants slow down, reconnect, practise regulation skills and carry useful habits back into everyday life.
The programs do not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions. Suitability, clinical responsibility and escalation remain with the referring or funded partner.
Partner-delivered model
Each organisation retains responsibility for the work it is qualified, authorised and engaged to perform.
Kurrun Programs
Kurrun is the flagship physical program environment. Kurrun programs are designed around the needs, funding pathway and suitability requirements of each organisational partnership. Delivery may include shorter introductory experiences, multi-day programs and continuing participation after the stay.

Multi-day hosted program formats tailored to the approved cohort, partner requirements and program objectives.
Structured post-program connection through recurring activities, community events and everyday wellbeing practices. Monthly events may be introduced first, with frequency expanded only as participation and funded demand justify it.
Digital continuity
Where included in an organisational partnership and available for use, a separately owned and licensed digital layer may support preparation, everyday routines and continuing engagement before and after a Kurrun program.
Vaelor remains a separate technology platform and intellectual-property owner. Any use within a FORCES program is governed through an appropriate licence and data-responsibility arrangement.
Program pathway
The pathway begins with partner-led intake and suitability and keeps clinical responsibility with the referring or funded partner.

Outcomes and reporting
Project-specific reporting is agreed with the organisational partner and proportionate to the funded program.
Personal wellbeing information is not provided to employers for disciplinary, performance-management or fitness-for-duty decisions. Organisational reporting is limited to authorised, de-identified and aggregated information unless the participant has provided specific consent.
Current availability
FORCES Workforce Wellbeing is establishing partner pathways for organisational and funded-pilot delivery. Program availability, locations, formats and participant requirements are confirmed through each partnership.
