Engaging a verified Indigenous-owned supplier can contribute Indigenous procurement expenditure where recognised by the applicable buyer, policy or contract. Broader workforce, subcontracting, participation and reporting obligations may be separate. FORCES helps clients understand and manage that distinction rather than treating Indigenous ownership as the entire participation outcome.
